Birmingham as a city has grown on me and now I really love it, the halls are not too bad in first year but it’s more fun when you get to pick your own house in year 2 as you can then live with friends. Uni life is a big step up from school but it’s much more enjoyable. My course is really good as it allows me to choose lots of different modules/units which I can use towards my career. Maths rocks!!!! Well you better like the subject if you're going to do a degree in it as its pretty hard core and a lot harder than what we covered in school and A-levels. Being at uni really helps as you get loads of independence and finally feel like an adult, Manchester is such a wicked city. - Anonymous -

Really enjoyed the course, learnt loads. Michael H
Staff at Aldi are so helpful and they run a great placement scheme to help students. They have quite a large student intake and there is always someone around to help if you get stuck. I learnt lots whilst doing this placement. Rebecca G
