I enjoyed my course as I really love drama as a subject anyway and it is what I have gone into after university. I would pick this course if you have a passion for the subject as career options after are a hard route. The course was taught well with lots of practical work. - Anonymous -

Biochemistry is a pretty hard core degree and I might have been better choosing something more general like Biomedical Science at uni, but you can cater the course a little to your liking. I don’t love the practicals but I can see how they are useful. The course sets you up with good interpersonal skills even if you choose to do something different after, like what I may do. Birmingham as a city has grown on me and now I really love it, the halls are not too bad in first year but it’s more fun when you get to pick your own house in year 2 as you can then live with friends. Uni life is a big step up from school but it’s much more enjoyable. My course is really good as it allows me to choose lots of different modules/units which I can use towards my career. I've always loved history as a subject but studying it at uni took it to a whole new level. I love the course. -Anonymous -

Enjoying it S B

Man met is really central so it’s right near the city centre so you’re never far away from shopping at lunch :) It’s better living in a house than the halls, some of the halls are really close by which helps. My course is taught well and I should get a good degree from here. - Anonymous -

The uni is so close to the city so you can walk everywhere, accommodation has been good so far so no complaints there. Liverpool is such a nice city! I had some reservations before I came here but I’m glad I went for this one. The course is hard work and lots of extra work to do but I’m learning lots. -Anonymous -

My course is so interesting and I’m so glad I’ve picked it, I’ve met so many great friends and it’s so much better than college, a big step up. -Anonymous -

Went to the open day with a friend and we both loved the university. It looks like it's got decent teaching areas and everyone seems really friendly. Going to apply! Emma A
