Biochemistry is a pretty hard core degree and I might have been better choosing something more general like Biomedical Science at uni, but you can cater the course a little to your liking. I don’t love the practicals but I can see how they are useful. The course sets you up with good interpersonal skills even if you choose to do something different after, like what I may do. Good atmosphere and friendly people on the course. No complaints. A K

I really like Bristol, the people are really friendly and my course is really interesting. It’s taken a while to settle once I first started but then you get used to uni life pretty quickly. And then you love it! -Anonymous -

No complaints really, they podcast most lectures throughout the uni which we all really love. They have some great buildings such as the Alan Gilbert where we can study and relax too. Course material is of v good quality as are the lecturers. - Anonymous -

London is expensive which is one drawback but I bet you can’t beat its nightlife, it has so much going on. I’m happy with my course. -Anonymous -

Amazing city, the best. Kate L

Went to the open day with a friend and we both loved the university. It looks like it's got decent teaching areas and everyone seems really friendly. Going to apply! Emma A
