Birmingham as a city has grown on me and now I really love it, the halls are not too bad in first year but it’s more fun when you get to pick your own house in year 2 as you can then live with friends. Uni life is a big step up from school but it’s much more enjoyable. My course is really good as it allows me to choose lots of different modules/units which I can use towards my career. Weekly lectures are of good quality, balance of work is fair as is assessments. Course organisation could do with some improvements. Accommodation is of decent quality. S H

Challenging time ah Uni and a good experience. You need to just persevere and be good at time management and balancing the amount of work given. -Anonymous -

Edinburgh is so amazing, I absolutely love this city. Nightlife is ok but scenery makes up for it!! D L

Man met is really central so it’s right near the city centre so you’re never far away from shopping at lunch :) It’s better living in a house than the halls, some of the halls are really close by which helps. My course is taught well and I should get a good degree from here. - Anonymous -

I liked my course I wish they would have recorded all lectures. Loads of societies to choose from and a decent nightlife. -Anonymous -

I really developed my communication and transferable skills at this post. You mature so quickly and a placement will teach you skills it's very hard to develop at uni. Claire W
