Biochemistry is a pretty hard core degree and I might have been better choosing something more general like Biomedical Science at uni, but you can cater the course a little to your liking. I don’t love the practicals but I can see how they are useful. The course sets you up with good interpersonal skills even if you choose to do something different after, like what I may do. I loved my course, we covered a lot but it was very useful and I really enjoyed the practical dental therapy work. Liverpool is a very lively city to study in and once you understand the accents :) you will absolutely love it, I didn’t realise how pretty the city is also. Campus Advisor

The experience so far has been a good one, the tutors are approachable and helpful. - Anonymous -

Loads of work covered but its fun, much more work than realised we would cover. -Anonymous -

This uni is ok, staff are helpful, it doesn’t have a big name like the main Manchester University but for some courses it’s really well renowned. Staff on my course were helpful for the most part. Liverpool is a really amazing city with a great nightlife. There is a lot to do and see around the city such as the docks etc. The people are so friendly. Everyone on my course is so nice and the lecturers are really good at teaching. I’m enjoying it loads. -Anonymous -

Im an alumni but I really liked my course. It was pretty intense but then job prospects are really good. Accommodation we had in first year was alright, we were based jn Fallowfield so lots of shops nearby.    Joseph K

I absolutely love Manchester Uni. The city is just amazing too as I come from London and I was looking for another big city. Loads of friendly students and lots to do. Staff are helpful and enjoyed the course. - Anonymous -

Loving my postgrad degree and loving the Uni of Edinburgh campus. Great people have met so many good friends. I've got a great research project too! Michael H
