Microbiology is a great course and it’s exactly what I was expecting with coming to university, there are times when the work load becomes a bit much but then you’ve just got to make sure you organise things really well. I’m not too keen on the practicals as they could be improved. Campus Advisor

Being in London is fantastic. Accommodation is not that great and rooms are pretty small. But then there’s so much to see and I love how busy it is. -Anonymous -

Manchester city has loads going on and two massive football clubs. Food places are good and you’re not far away from the city centre, it’s about a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride. Lots of places to go at night. Liked my course and the lecturers taught well. - Anonymous -

It’s been an amazing experience so far!! You won’t regret coming here. I don’t really like all the roundabouts around the city but if you overlook those this place is fab to live in. Uni has made me a lot more independent and I love having responsibility for my own affairs. It beats living at home :) -Anonymous -

Enjoyable course and staff were supportive. Natasha A

Im an alumni but I really liked my course. It was pretty intense but then job prospects are really good. Accommodation we had in first year was alright, we were based jn Fallowfield so lots of shops nearby.    Joseph K

Staff at Aldi are so helpful and they run a great placement scheme to help students. They have quite a large student intake and there is always someone around to help if you get stuck. I learnt lots whilst doing this placement. Rebecca G

I really developed my communication and transferable skills at this post. You mature so quickly and a placement will teach you skills it's very hard to develop at uni. Claire W

Didn't really enjoy the visit - huge university. Accommodation not great. Michael Harrison

Great uni!!!! loved looking around. Accommodation looks good - different standards in different locations so pick carefully. Michael Harrison
