Birmingham as a city has grown on me and now I really love it, the halls are not too bad in first year but it’s more fun when you get to pick your own house in year 2 as you can then live with friends. Uni life is a big step up from school but it’s much more enjoyable. My course is really good as it allows me to choose lots of different modules/units which I can use towards my career. Leicester is a nice city and the people are friendly. Nightlife is ok and societies are pretty good. Computer course is organised well and lecturers are of good quality. - Anonymous -

Challenging time ah Uni and a good experience. You need to just persevere and be good at time management and balancing the amount of work given. -Anonymous -

It’s quite a big challenge coming to uni compared to sixth form, but then it gets easier and it’s really rewarding being on your own two feet and having your own responsibilities. I’m really enjoying it. - Anonymous -

It’s been an amazing experience so far!! You won’t regret coming here. I don’t really like all the roundabouts around the city but if you overlook those this place is fab to live in. Uni has made me a lot more independent and I love having responsibility for my own affairs. It beats living at home :) -Anonymous -

Enjoyable course and staff were supportive. Natasha A

London is expensive which is one drawback but I bet you can’t beat its nightlife, it has so much going on. I’m happy with my course. -Anonymous -

Staff at Aldi are so helpful and they run a great placement scheme to help students. They have quite a large student intake and there is always someone around to help if you get stuck. I learnt lots whilst doing this placement. Rebecca G
